We have a service call fee of $100.
We have different rates, depending on your needs. Our hourly rate is $150, and that already includes diagnosing the problem, collecting more information for the repair work, and light repairs, if possible. If you call after hours, though, or ask for emergency repair, that’s $250. After the initial hour, there’s a $200 hourly charge that will apply.
We service RVs in Santa Rosa and surrounding areas in Sonoma County. If you aren’t in any of these areas, please let us know. We can figure out if servicing your RV is possible. Call us for more details. We will calculate the repair cost in your area.
Yes, we offer same-day service. However, if the problem is urgent, you may require emergency RV repair instead. The service also depends on the availability of our staff and parts.
We do our best to get the repairs done as quickly as possible. On average, our staff completes service requests within four days. But that depends on several factors. If the parts are available, if your location is near enough, and if the problem isn’t too severe. If it’s been a long time since you’ve had your RV repaired or had a maintenance check, the work may take longer.
